Chief Nursing Officer
Cassidi Roberts, RN, who began her career as an emergency nurse in 2003, joined Medical City McKinney in 2007, and has held various positions, including staff nurse, clinical supervisor, director, executive director and assistant chief nursing officer. She was named chief nursing officer in 2016.
Through the utilization of relationship-centered tactics, Mrs. Roberts has impacted cultural change across the organization to increase employee engagement and patient satisfaction scores. She champions the ED Studer Initiatives increasing ED HCAHPS from the 40th percentile in 2013, to the 95th percentile.
Mrs. Roberts holds a bachelor's a degree from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in nursing administration. She is board certified in emergency nursing and is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association. She has served as chairperson of the Hospital Throughput Committee, leading initiatives to decrease ER and inpatient throughput metrics.
